The Enabling Village, managed by SG Enable, is the first development of its kind in Singapore; an inclusive community space that enriches the lives of persons with disabilities and their caregivers.

SG Enable hosted their once-a-year Open House for Enabling Village on the 2nd of December. This event invited the wider community into the space to celebrate the power of inclusion and varied abilities. Enabling Village Open House is part of the annual Enabling Lives Festival held across Singapore, organised by SG Enable and in conjunction with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on the 3rd of December. In delivering a community event that welcomed all and promoted the benefits of spaces like Enabling Village, we hope this becomes a catalyst for further inclusive spaces across our city.
