Gelephu Mindfulness City Economic Framework

We were appointed by His Majesty’s Secretariat Office of the Kingdom of Bhutan to undertake an economic positioning study for Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC), a new planned city and special administrative region (SAR) in Bhutan.

The study provided an overall economic roadmap, laying the foundation for the client’s detailed GMC masterplan. From this, we developed a city-level economic framework to guide GMC’s initial economic development and investment attraction strategy.
