Invited by Haysom Architects to partner for a Landscape and Architectural Design competition, our team re-imagined the Da Nang Esplanade as a journey following the Han River from the forest to the sea.
Our design envisions a seamless course of programs and activities which create a holistic, cohesive promenade leading users upstream.
As the river flows, so too do the urban spaces along the esplanade. Each have their own distinct identity yet retain a strong relationship with the neighbouring urban fabric; incorporating arts, dining, entertainment and market precincts into the fold.
