Respected real estate industry executive, Dr Annie Woo has taken the role of Director in Singapore, along with Liow Yurong appointed as Associate Director and Juan Wen Yu as Senior Consultant. All three are marked to strengthen our multi-disciplinary offer, strategic growth and build solutions-based outcomes for clients.

Annie, Yurong and Wen Yu join Cistri from globally renowned real estate services firm, CBRE Singapore.

Annie brings a wealth of extensive global real estate consulting experience, in a career spanning over 25 years. She has led teams responsible for the provision of strategic investment analyses, market positioning, master planning, placemaking planning and strategy and feasibility studies, among other capabilities, across all property sectors, in Singapore and throughout Asia.
Yurong has many years of industry experience, working on a number of feasibility and market studies across varied sectors and has successfully delivered large-scale real estate consulting projects with his team, resulting in USD 500,00 each.
Wen Yu brings several years’ experience in the real estate industry with a wide skill set in feasibility studies, master planning, public policy reviews and more. During Wen Yu’s tenure at CBRE, he was involved in over 40 consultancy projects with a total GDV of over USD 2 billion dollars.
