Expanding Suria KLCC
Suria KLCC is one of Malaysia’s premier retail malls, located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Faced with changing retail dynamics and an increasingly competitive market, the client wanted to expand onto an adjacent site.
Assessments and advice
We provided a detailed review of Suria KLCC as a regional super mall asset. This built on assessments we’d completed since it opened, alongside our previous advice and sales and rent forecasts, to help guide its expansion.
To align with the current and future market, we advised on the client’s remixing strategy. We also prepared detailed sales and income forecasts for the expanded centre, based on a range of development scenarios.
