Suria KLCC is Malaysia’s premier retail mall. Cistri provided a detailed review of the asset, advice and sales and rent forecasts to help guide its expansion. This work builds on numerous other assessments Cistri has completed on the asset since it opened.
Suria KLCC is a super-regional mall located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. In light of the changing retail dynamics as well as an increasingly competitive market, the mall is looking address these issues through an expansion on an adjacent site.
This project provided advice to the client on their re-mixing strategy– ensuring that it aligns with the market and then detailed sales and income forecasts for the expanded centre for a number of different development scenarios.
The advice to the client helped inform their future development strategy, both in the context of their current expansion and also in relation to adjacent vacant sites that will form the basis of the next phase of development.
