Declan Hauser is a senior consultant within the Economics & Property team, with a focus on the retail and mixed-use sectors.
Having worked on shopping centres throughout Australia, Declan provides market advice on major transactions, development schemes and turnover forecasts.
Declan also has a strong focus on the outlook of the retail sector and how assets are evolving to become broader mixed-use precincts. This involves combining an understanding of how residential, commercial, education and the health sector can integrate to create an activity centre with positive benefits and synergy to the core retail use.
Declan also has a focus on the way data is interpreted and visualised to help clients understand large quantities of information in a succinct manner. This includes interpreting Human Movement Data which tracks mobile phone activity to understand patterns of activity and creating complex excel models.
