With a background in Real Estate, Lois has a keen interest in the real estate market and its influence on property values across different asset classes. She has extensive experience in the valuation of residential, retail, commercial and mixed-use properties in Singapore, and has a clear understanding of strategies behind successful real estate, which she adopts in projects she undertakes. 

Prior to joining Cistri, Lois worked at Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), in the Property Tax Division – Office Branch reviewing the Annual Value of Office Properties across Singapore; and the Chief Valuer’s Office handling Capital Valuation of properties and land in Singapore for the State, while regularly conducting detailed analysis on the real estate market. With her experience, Lois has developed a keen perception of things, and is able to pick up the potential issues and problems that may arise.

  • Reserve Price Valuation for 3 Government Land Sales (GLS) tenders of Residential Land at Lentor, located in the OCR (Outside Central Region) of Singapore
  • Reserve Price Valuation for a GLS tender of Residential Land at Bukit Timah Link, located in the OCR (Outside Central Region) of Singapore
  • Reviewed the March 2023 Land Betterment Charge (LBC) rates for Properties in Singapore under Use Group A (Commercial)
  • Reserve Price Valuation for a Concept and Price Tender for a pilot Private Assisted Living Development in the Northeast Region of Singapore
  • Valuation of the Annual Value of a new office development, Woodsquare, located in the North region of Singapore
