Lois brings more than five years’ experience across real estate markets in Singapore, the Middle East, Bhutan and Brunei, offering a global perspective that informs tailored, forward-looking solutions that help clients shape resilient developments. Her work focuses on applying rigorous market analysis to help clients understand value, risk and opportunity across different contexts. She has experience across a range of asset types, from residential developments to specialised uses such as assisted living facilities. Lois applies highest and best use assessments and financial feasibility modelling to identify viable pathways for development and investment. Her approach considers how different uses can be integrated to create precincts that balance market potential with community outcomes. Before joining Cistri, Lois worked as a Senior Valuer in the Chief Valuer’s Office of the Singapore Government, where she managed capital valuations of land and property. This experience strengthened her understanding of land value fundamentals and their importance in shaping sound, evidence‑based development and investment strategies.
