Brining over a decade of expertise in real estate investment and development, Jay specialises in deal sourcing, financial modelling, feasibility assessments, due diligence, and execution. His portfolio spans residential, office, hotel, industrial park, township, and senior housing projects across Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, China, and other Southeast Asian and Central Asian countries.

Jay is a recipient of the 2019 REDAS Gold Award and holds an FMVA certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. He has passed CMFAS 4A Exam as the pre-requisite to CMS licencing requirement to provide corporate finance advisory services.

Prior to Cistri, Jay held roles at Surbana Jurong, Bright Ruby Family Office, and Country Garden, contributing to his extensive industry insight.
