A spokesperson from the Salvation Army Singapore commented: “We appreciate the support from community corporate partners such as Cistri in their corporate social responsibility efforts. Their involvement allows us to advance the conversation about sustainability and our social causes within the marketplace, increasing visibility to the work that we do for our beneficiaries. We would love to have Cistri and the team back for future collaborations at The Salvation Army Red Shield Industries to create a better future for everyone.”
Meanwhile, in Australia, ourparent company, Urbis of Australia, also banded together across the Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane offices to supportOzHarvest. The Urbis team cooked up thousands of meals for people in need.
Our transnational Give Back Day marks a significant milestone for both Urbis and Cistri and promises to become a cornerstone of our ongoing commitment to giving back and shaping a better future for everyone. This initiative forms part of a broader program that includes local volunteering opportunities, donations, sponsorships, and pro bono work, all aimed at benefiting the community.
As we reflect on the success of this inaugural event, we look forward to many more opportunities to give back and make a difference in our communities.
