Vietnam Superport Master Plan

Vietnam is experiencing an unprecedented period of economic growth. To cater to the increasing demand for manufacturing and provision of consumer goods, YCH Group is developing Vietnam SuperPortTM (VSP), an 83 hectare international inland dry port within a logistics park.

This integrated multimodal logistics facility will be the first of its kind in Vietnam, handling cargo and providing logistics solutions for international export and import, as well as local distribution within Vietnam. By incorporating container yards, bonded and non-bonded logistics warehouses and customs facilities, it will increase productivity for logistics and supply chain players.

We worked closely with the YCH Group to develop the master plan for VSP. The focus was on creating an efficient circulation system to separate the dry port and logistics traffic while providing an inviting environment for employees. Using Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) techniques, the masterplan incorporates open spaces, amenities and attractive streetscapes with wide walkways and plenty of shade from trees.
