Vietnam is experiencing an unprecedented period of economic growth. To cater to the increasing demand for consumer goods and manufacturing needs, YCH Group is developing an international inland dry port within a logistics park, called Vietnam SuperPort (VSP). This integrated facility will be the first of its kind in Vietnam. It will offer service for cargo handling and be a logistics solution for international export and import, and distribution within Vietnam – increasing productivity for logistics and supply chain players. VSP will have container yards, bonded and non-bonded logistics warehouses, customs etc.

Cistri worked closely with the client to develop the master plan. The focus was to develop an efficient circulation system separating the port and the logistics traffic. The master plan also emphasizes open spaces and amenities for the employees as well as the creation of attractive streetscapes with shade trees and wide walkways, and incorporation of WSUD techniques.

This integrated facility will be the first of its kind in Vietnam – offering productive cargo handling and logistics solutions for the supply chain players.
