Carmen brings deep real estate expertise to deliver practical, evidence‑based advice for developments across international markets. Working at the intersection of retail and leisure, she identifies opportunities that strengthen both individual assets and broader precinct performance. Her experience includes retail strategy development across Asia and the Middle East, demand and supply forecasting for masterplanned communities, and feasibility assessments across multiple asset classes. Carmen applies modelling, human movement data and geospatial analysis to support the integration of retail, leisure and complementary uses, helping clients create active, resilient and commercially successful places. Prior to joining Cistri, Carmen worked in hospitality real estate, undertaking market research, forecasting and valuations for assets across Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and the Maldives.
