KidZania is regarded as one of the market leaders in indoor family entertainment centres globally. Cistri was engaged by a major entertainment company to examine the potential to bring the Kidzania concept to Australia.

Cistri’s study looked at the children’s entertainment market and then provided attendance forecasts for Kidzania at various locations across Australia. Different models of Kidzania were also explored to best suit the local market. This study was supported by a detailed financial feasibility cash flow analysis for the preferred Kidzania model in Australia.

Cistri helped the client evaluate the opportunity that KidZania would present in Australia. The learnings from this study could easily apply to other similar markets
