Published: August 11, 2026

Marking a decade as the international arm of Urbis Ltd of Australia, Cistri has built a reputation as a trusted partner delivering bold thinking, technical expertise, and meaningful impact on influential and complex urban challenges.
To celebrate this milestone, Cistri has unveiled a refreshed brand and new website, signalling the next chapter in the company’s evolution and ambition.
The new brand reflects the breadth of Cistri’s multi-disciplinary, international expertise and its commitment to helping clients navigate change and unlock opportunities in rapidly evolving cities and communities. With a clearer identity, refreshed messaging and a stronger digital presence, the brand captures Cistri’s collaborative approach, fresh perspectives and deep experience across economics and property, design, economic master planning and strategic advisory services.
"Over the past decade, Cistri has grown into a multi-disciplinary urban consultancy working across some of the world’s most dynamic cities. Our refreshed brand and website reflect our journey. They provide a clearer picture of who we are today, with a strong focus on thought leadership, client value, and our insights that have shaped cities and communities"
-Jack Backen, Partner & Regional Director
Designed to better showcase Cistri’s people, projects and ideas, the new website enables a stronger emphasis on storytelling, thought leadership, and client impact. New brand and careers videos offer a window into the firm’s culture and expertise, while a dedicated insights hub explores the trends and challenges shaping the future of cities and communities.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, Cistri has also just launched its research report, The Changing Face of Malls Globally 2026. The report examines how retail environments are evolving and the growing role malls play in creating connected, resilient, and experience-led destinations.

The launch follows the recent brand refresh and website rollout by Cistri’s parent company, Urbis Ltd of Australia.
Cistri and its parent company Urbis Ltd of Australia worked with a team of strategic and creative partners to develop its refreshed brand including Principals (Brand strategy and messaging), XXVI (voice), Urbis in-house creative and design studio (visual identity), Two Tractors (video) and VERSA (website).
