Mary Lu

Mary is an urban planning professional with strong technical and design capability, bringing a collaborative and practical approach to complex urban projects. She works effectively across multidisciplinary teams and values clear communication, shared objectives and collective problem solving to support the delivery of successful and sustainable urban outcomes. With over six years of experience, Mary has contributed to more than 30 projects across Southeast Asia, China and the Middle East. Her experience spans a wide range of scales and project stages, including regional master planning, urban design and precinct scale studies. She has worked from early stage concept planning through to detailed and implementation focused work, supporting projects with both strategic and design led inputs. Mary’s design approach balances functionality, community needs and design quality, with a strong emphasis on sustainable development, user centred outcomes and long term adaptability. She brings a considered and responsive perspective to urban challenges, enabling her to contribute meaningfully to projects that deliver lasting value for communities and cities.
