Sang Jin has worked on several large-scale master planned projects across the region and understands the economics of real estate required to create a sustainable development. With experience spanning across core real estate asset classes and also non-traditional asset types including casinos, theme parks, smart cities and transport infrastructure, Sang Jin brings a broad view to urban planning projects.
Sang Jin is also proficient in deploying location intelligence to solve geospatial problems through the use of Geographical Information Systems (GIS). Combined with his knowledge in Real Estate and GIS, Sang Jin helps to translate complex data into useful insights and solutions.
Passionate about the built environment, Sang Jin is actively engaged with the industry. Currently, he is involved in mentorship programmes for Real Estate undergraduates at NUS and is also the chairman of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group in Singapore.
