Gerald is a real estate economist with over 12 years’ experience in consulting and research. With experience in both economics and finance, he has worked on numerous urban development projects across Greater China and Southeast Asia.

His passion lies in helping clients understand their markets, assess risks and clarify the uncertainties in development projects or business strategies. He brings to the team his technical strengths, market knowledge and expertise in research, demand forecasts, financial feasibility, business strategy, land use planning and impact studies.

He has advised public and private clients on large scale projects including resorts, attractions, location-based, entertainment, new townships, commercial and residential real estate. Some notable cases include mega-theme parks and destination resorts in Guangdong and Kunming that are currently being built.
