Jackson is an urban planner and spatial data specialist with more than 10 years experience in multidisciplinary development projects, master plans and transportation studies in Hong Kong, Africa, Canada and Saudi Arabia.

Since joining Cistri, Jackson has project managed the strategic planning, socio-economic and financial aspects of a range of master plans and urban development projects in Hong Kong, China and Africa. He has undertaken economic impact and financial assessments for projects including property development and specific infrastructure facilities. In Hong Kong, he has worked with a variety of government departments and authorities including Civil Engineering and Development Department and Airport Authority Hong Kong.

Jackson has extensive experience working in Canada and Saudi Arabia as an urban planner and GIS specialist. He used his knowledge background in spatial information analysis to develop informed planning opinions, making recommendations to best suit project requirements. He has participated in the project management of master plans, planning studies and developed methodologies to measure key physical and social indicators for transportation studies. Jackson experience has given him strong knowledge in managing and analysing large and complex datasets. Jackson’s background and experience gives him a thorough understanding of international urban development in the private and public sector.
